Join me for the second workshop in my Ritualise Spring series.
Smudging is another ancient ritual used for clearing both outer and inner space in order to make way for new beginnings.
We will be exploring this art form, the different herbs and woods you can use and looking at how we can include it day to day.
We will be crafting our very own smudging wands and burner as part of this creative process.

The series flow through a process of clearing self and home and then in the space created bring in the new through renewed clarity, intention setting and culminating with harnessing the uplifting energy of the Spring equinox to enhance all the work youve done.
