As the wheel of the year turns to the autumn equinox, we gather in circle to honour the balance of light and dark and the wisdom of the earth. Together, we will sit within the embrace of Highwell's beautiful yurt, journeying with the ancient plant ally, mugwort—guide of dreams, visions, and thresholds.
Through ritual, meditation, and craft, we will:
Create sacred space with a mugwort smudging ceremony.
Be guided in a visualisation to honour the fruits of this year, release what no longer serves us, and plant the seeds we wish to nurture through the dark months ahead.
Capture insights in journaling, shaping them into three inspired actions to carry forward.
Craft our own mugwort smudge wands to take home, anchoring our intentions into the season.
Share warming mugwort tea and nourishing food, deepening our connection with this wise and protective plant.
This is an invitation to pause, dream, and align with the rhythms of earth and self as we cross the threshold into autumn.
