Join me for the first workshop in my Ritualise Spring series.
Water has been used in ceremony in all ancient civilisations for purifying and often combined with oils and herbs to enhance its healing properties.
We will be looking at how we can include this ancient ritual with water, salt, oil and flowers in bathing (or showering) day to day to help clear our mind, rejuvenate and allow for fresh thinking and renewed inspiration. We will be crafting our very own bathing salts and candle holder as part of this creative process.
All materials and refreshments are included.

Rituals such as spring cleaning the home, to clearing of the mind and heart, allowing inspiration to enter are the quintessence of the program and its around this that I have designed the 4 workshops. The series flow through a process of clearing self and home and then in the space created bring in the new through renewed clarity, intention setting and culminating with harnessing the uplifting energy of the Spring equinox to enhance all the work youve done.
