Part of the Autumnal Evening Clarity through Creativity Series
A rich, restorative evening of scent, ritual and creativity, held under the energy of the Scorpio New Moon.
We’ll go beneath the surface to explore what truly nourishes us, what we’re ready to leave behind and what we want more of as we move towards winter.
Expect candlelight, guided creative visualisation, beautiful botanicals, essential oils and time spent making something gorgeous to take home and continue the ritual.
The evening
By November, nature has well and truly begun its retreat.
The leaves have fallen, the nights are longer and there’s a natural invitation to turn inwards too.
And with the Scorpio New Moon as our backdrop, this evening is about going a little deeper.
We’ll be asking more than what do I want next and more about what actually nourishes me?
What fills me back up, what have I outgrown, what would it feel like to give myself more of what I genuinely need?
We’ll begin with a guided creative visualisation, giving you space to get beneath the noise and listen to what comes up when you allow yourself to go a little deeper.
From there, we’ll bring those thoughts into our creative practice.
Working with salts, botanicals and beautiful essential oils, you’ll create your own deeply nourishing ritual bath blend, choosing the scents and ingredients that speak to what you want to cultivate and carry with you into the darker months.
The making becomes part of the intention, something physical and sensory that holds what you’ve discovered during the evening and gives you a simple ritual to return to at home.
There’ll be candlelight, scent, conversation, something lovely to drink and, as always, the pleasure of sitting around a table making alongside other women.
You’ll leave with your own botanical bath ritual, but hopefully also with a clearer sense of what nourishment looks like for you as we head towards winter.
