Botanical Colour & Fibre

£125.00

Sunday 15th March 10-4pm

Explore natural dyeing with seasonal plants and fibres. Learn how to extract colour, create earthy palettes and dye yarn and cloth using gentle, plant-led methods. A full-day workshop with hands-on practice.

___________

This workshop is part of Fibre & Flora, a six-month creative path moving from winter’s grounding in fibre to midsummer’s botanical cloth.
Through weaving, natural dyeing and botanical printing, you’ll explore fibre, colour and nature-led expression in a gentle, seasonal arc. To explore the full six-month journey, visit Fibre & Flora.
___________

We’ll work with a curated selection of natural fibres and dye stuffs.
All materials are included, along with a nourishing homemade lunch, wholesome snacks, and warm tea and coffee flowing throughout the day.

The circle is held in the peaceful setting of my home in Thurlestone, on the South Devon coast — between Salcombe and Bigbury, and around 30 minutes from Totnes. It’s a place where the pace naturally softens and creativity feels at home.

The day runs 10am-4pm and is limited to 6 women, allowing for spaciousness, support, and the quiet magic that happens in smaller circles.

Words from women who have woven with me…

“I had such a brilliant time learning how to weave. I’d been wanting to try it for so long. Suzanne was patient, warm and so clear in her guidance. I left feeling deeply inspired and can’t recommend it enough.”
Sam, Bath

“I absolutely loved this circle — it honestly surpassed my expectations. I left with a piece of woven art I’m so proud of, and felt completely welcomed from the moment I arrived.”
Kim, Kent

“Everything about the experience was beautiful. Suzanne creates such a calming space and guides you with confidence and ease. If you’re wanting to switch off, relax and lose yourself in wool and creativity, this is the place to be.”
Gemielle, Bradford on Avon

I know that plans sometimes change.
If you need to cancel, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. After that, refunds aren’t possible, but I’ll always do my best to offer an alternative date wherever I can — especially in unexpected or difficult circumstances.
