Welcome ~ I’m Suzanne Gattrell Hodshon

My practice rests where nature, creativity and inner connection meet. I guide women to tune into and activate their heart-led life through seasonal circles, botanical ritual, nature and creativity.

I offer spaces to pause and create ~ circles, workshops and retreats rooted in the rhythms of the seasons. These are places to reconnect to your senses, your breath, and the quiet medicine found in making with intention.

We work with what the natural world offers: plants, fibres, lunar harmony and the steadying wisdom of cyclical living.

Upon arriving, I was feeling right in the middle of a crazy, rush-rush cycle with endless busy days packed with work, family, social stuff, and life. I knew I was stepping into a special space, but *Dios mío!*, I had no idea it was going to be this beautiful, fun, and deeply connecting! Honestly, that connection was the main reason I wanted to go, and it was 100% there. It was so beautiful to see how everyone opened up in their own way and just embracing all the good energy. A dear friend of mine on the other side of the world always tells me how tapping into your creative side actually unlocks so much productivity, and everything clicked for me that night. I would recommend this in a heartbeat to anyone who wants to connect, feel empowered, and focus on their goals. If I had to describe the whole experience in just one word, it would absolutely be **wholesomely connecting**!

Before coming to Suzanne’s gathering, life felt so fast, busy and a little out of control. It was exactly the pause I didn’t realise I needed. The evening was filled with such a wonderful sense of stillness, calm and presence. Being surrounded by other women, many of whom were navigating their own challenges, created a real feeling of connection and solidarity. There was something so comforting about sharing that space together. I left feeling joyful, supported and inspired.
