Arrive, exhale and settle into the weekend together. Through guided meditation, creative visualisation, journalling and sharing in circle, you'll reconnect with yourself, uncover what matters most right now and gain clarity on the dreams, intentions and next steps you'd like to weave into your life.

Using botanical dyes, eco-printing techniques and natural fibres, you'll transform those intentions into beautiful, wearable pieces. As your hands create, your mind softens, allowing new ideas, fresh perspectives and deeper clarity to emerge.
𖤓 Nature
The sea, the land and the rhythm of nature become part of the journey. Whether walking the shoreline, wild swimming or simply sitting quietly outdoors, you'll discover how time in nature creates space to breathe, reflect and reconnect with what matters most.

Enjoy delicious seasonal meals, meaningful conversation, quiet moments of rest and time in the sauna. There'll be space to laugh, share stories, ask questions and simply enjoy being in the company of like-minded women.

To close our time together, we'll honour everything you've created and discovered with a relaxed photoshoot, celebrating both your handcrafted wearable pieces and the woman who now wears them. You'll leave with beautiful digital photographs and meaningful keepsakes that continue to remind you of your journey long after the weekend has ended.

Hi, I’m Suzanne
and I help women to get Clarity through Creativity™ using creative visualisation to tune into their dream life + identify actionable next steps. Then anchor these in through intentional crafting such as Weaving, Natural Dyeing, Botanical Printing + Wild Crafting.
It is my genuine joy to welcome you and hold this space. Because what I know to be true is that when we step away from distractions and place ourselves in the right environment, surrounded by like hearted women, something begins to shift.
We soften and become more present. Its from this place, we can begin to access a deeper sense of clarity. Not just ideas or thoughts, but a felt knowing of what we truly want, what matters most, and the direction we are being drawn towards.
Without fully realising it at the time, I have been practising versions of this since my early twenties. I was always seeking a way to consciously create a life that felt aligned and meaningful.
As life evolved and pressures changed, I found that overthinking and searching for answers outside of myself only took me further away from the clarity and peace I was looking for. It was in slowing down and turning inward along with using creativity as a way to quieten my mind that things began to shift.
Through exploring, refining, and integrating different practices, I began to recognise what truly supported me. Practices that helped me move out of overwhelm and into clarity by allowing me to hear myself again and trust what I was feeling.
Over time, these have come together into the approach I now call Clarity through Creativity™. A way of gently guiding yourself back to your own inner knowing, so that you can gain clarity on your direction, your next steps, and the life you want to move towards.
It has become one of my greatest passions to share this with other women. To support them in opening the connection to themselves, so they can access their own clarity, trust their inner voice, and feel more confident in the path ahead.

𖤓 Creative Botanical & Embodiment Process
𖤓 Botanical creativity
You work directly with plant matter, natural dyes and natural fibres to create beautiful botanical prints and colour rich fabric.
You explore the alchemy of plants, pigment and cloth, watching as colour and form emerge through simple, hands on processes.
This is a slow, sensory way of working with nature, where colour, texture and material become a language for what you are noticing, feeling and ready to express.
𖤓 Intentional making, fibre and garments
Beginning with exploration through natural dye and print techniques on fabric, each woman then works with beautiful, UK made, organic cotton garments as the base for her final creative piece, evolving them through colour, pattern and personal choice while gently weaving in the intentions she is holding at this point in her life.
Already beautiful and wearable, these garments gradually take on another layer of meaning as they become infused with your creative expression, your intentions and the story of your time here.
𖤓 Creativity as a path to clarity
This is a process of creative focus that quiets mental noise in a similar way to meditation.
When your attention is absorbed in making, working with your hands, colour, pattern and natural materials, thinking softens and a different kind of clarity becomes available.
As you create, you are invited to hold your dreams, questions or next steps gently in your awareness, allowing them to weave naturally into the creative process.
Many women find that the pieces they create continue to act as quiet reminders of clarity and possibility, reconnecting them with what felt true during the weekend long after they return home.

Join Suzanne at her home nestled high above the coast in the South Hams, South Devon for a wonderful gathering of high vibe, like minded women and participate in circle sessions, creative workshops, luncheons, private sauna, embodied photo shoot and dinner on the Saturday night. Space to walk the coastal paths, swim at the beautiful beaches, and integrate quietly during the days in the magical setting. This part of the Devon coast is gentle and inspiring and perfect for creativity and connection to self.
There will be lunch provided each day, and a celebration on the Saturday evening with drinks & dinner.
Travel & Accommodation
The best mode of transport is driving however, the closest train station is Totnes or Ivybridge. An EV charger is also available for use at the house.
There is lots of accommodation in the village and local area - and you can attend daily by walking or a short car journey.
